is the same amount of searches for
certain things but there's no
people to try to compete for rankings

as you can see it's a whole crapload of
videos on the first page of google for a
real estate term now that's
highly unusual if you know anything
about seo even the number one listing
hasn't been updated since 2019 okay

and i'm about to do my dread some of you
guys know what that is so in a couple
minutes i'm about to show you guys
uh the secret niche that well the
surprise niche so as you can see again
this is another
super competitive real estate term but
there's no competition
but it searches for it and these are
beach houses all right and some of those
beach houses are like five thousand
dollars a night man
as you can see is over here right over
here right on the freaking beach man

over here okay so this is crazy man
you can literally just do your research
in four countries start setting up your
drop service and pro
uh properties out there ranking in
google doing your press releases doing
all of that that i teach inside the

partnership
with somebody on facebook you can
literally just go in playa del corman
or mexico or russia or wherever you're
going to do it at some of you guys are
from different countries
and you can just do this right now
instead of trying to market in the
united states it'll be way easier and
faster profits okay so you make a
partnership
and you tell them the final partners
because you might not be flowing in the
language

was created there the internet was
created in the united states
so obviously and just like just by logic
the the freaking competition the bulk of
the competition is going to be in the
united states
which is an advantage for you so if you
can make partners with someone that
speaks a language in the
country that you want to do business in
like we can go to russia we can go to
italy we can go bangladesh
every country that has google you can
drop service in and you're right now
like you're you're missing out on a lot
of money just by trying to go after the
most competitive crap in the united
states
that does not even guarantee you will be
able to beat the other competition and
make the money
when you can just come over here be a
shark in a freaking
time like all right like it's just crazy

of these sites are old or
uh out of date um you know maybe have a
couple lines of words or sentences on it
uh just couple images no videos no no
nothing there's nothing new
like it's a ghost town and i know it's
ex-fans here so
they're probably watching this right now

but there's really nobody out here like
me and i mean i'm pretty sure somebody
out here but
they don't know of me so they're not
doing their best because it's easy so
they're just like
hey i just put up a site and it's gonna
rank and it will but now i'm here

seo ever and just demolish everybody
take all 10 to 13
spots on the first page of google where
it would have taken me thousands of

or hundreds at least for some of the
most competitive stuff here i can do it
