In St.louis, cooking classes for couples is not a normal experience. A couple days later, they gave me a call back to come in and fill out more paperwork. When I came in, they took me through sort of a orientation. They wanted me to learn the rules of the school and I did not mind that. They also showed me some. Culinary students that were there before me. What I did was asked all the necessary questions for me to get the full understanding of how I will be going about learning to cook better and gain a career as a chef or culinary master. Maybe even one day open my own culinary school, I joked so after watching the orientation videos and filling out all of the necessary paperwork I went to the financial. To fill out those papers. Well, I think it was on the computer. After I filled out my financial aid forms, they told me they will give me a call once everything is approved. So I left again on the number 58 bus and took it all the way to the train station. I rode the train to the south side of St. louis. I then got on the number 11 Chippewa bus to ride all the way home from grand. Once I got home, I noticed that I had a missed call on my cellular phone. It was from the Saint Louis cooking school! They informed me that if I had a girlfriend, they also offer cooking classes for couples in st.louis mo.
Best culinary arts school in St.louis area is what they all claim so I wanted to see what they wanted to tell me. I was eager to find out the verdict of whether or not I was getting accepted in the culinary arts program at Le Cole Culinaire or not. I called back and the woman answered the phone that was the same woman that walked me through and rolling when I was up there parent she had told me that he had good news for me and I put a smile on my face. She said you are approved. You can come in and start orientation on Monday. I said, I thought what I did today was orientation? She laughed and said no. FAJOBs' St.louis cooking school is world reknown for it's unique approach to teaching the culinary arts to future chefs in the food industry. Is fine. What I did not like about the school is that they had shifts. There was an am sift a mid day shift and a PM shift, but how it was all set up made it very difficult if you had a job or some other college class is going on. I had a job at the time, but back to the story. I made it happen anyway, and on my first day they gave me a 400 dollar suitcase looking thing that had a very expensive knife said. In there I remember. I sat in class and the classes were interesting at the beginning. It took me a while to grasp a lot of the terminology for culinary arts and things, I thought that he was just going there and start mixing a lot of stuff together and fixing food, I thought it was going to be that simple, which is not even to me right on mark. Long story short coma. I stayed there for around 2 weeks and then I got a call into the office. They told me that my financial aid was taking longer than expected to arrive to the school so I was going to have to get pulled out of class into it returns. I really wanted to attendFAJOBs St.louis cooking school anyway!
